When Rockbrook enlisted my help to modernize their e-commerce platform, I began with competitive research, persona development, and card-sorting workshops to uncover how both casual shooters and pros navigate gear.

 

From there, I collaborated with the Rockbrook team to expand the brand in a way that would help users easily move through the site as well as keep the design accessible for all users.

 

I then designed an engaging homepage that highlights trending products, special deals, and educational content, drawing users deeper into the site. Working hand-in-glove with the development team; I overhauled the site infrastructure for faster load times, enhanced search functionality, and crafted intuitive browsing flows—ultimately creating a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience that bridges Rockbrook’s stellar in-store reputation with a high-performance digital storefront.
