I led market and competitive research to uncover key user behaviors, then translated those insights into detailed personas and intuitive user flows. With a warm yet modern visual identity in hand, I designed logos, icons, and illustrations that feel both friendly and trustworthy. I crafted content and SEO strategies to attract qualified traffic, then architected UX and UI designs for parent dashboards—complete with saved searches, notes, and opening alerts—and provider portals for real-time profile management. Throughout, I directed art, coordinated development, and ensured every element—from color choices to microcopy—worked together to deliver a seamless, empowering experience for families and providers alike.
