lil bit bout me

First and foremost... you should know that I like cats. I actually like most animals, but cats are my favorite. I also especially like 80s music, potatoes in all forms, and going on road trips with my family.

By 9-5 I'm a UX/UI design leader who wears a few different hats—co-founder, mentor, strategist, and full-stack collaborator. Over the past decade I’ve built and grown my own agency, led product teams at both startups and established enterprises, and partnered with developers, product owners, and execs to bring user-centered digital experiences to life.

I began my design story in the world of print and digital graphics—crafting brochures, ads, and brand collateral for local businesses. Hungry to learn more, I launched WebVolta as a side-gig, teaching myself the ins and outs web design and unknowingly—UX. What started as “just a little website work” quickly turned into a love affair with user-centered design and the endless possibilities of the web.

As my skills grew, I stepped into UX/UI roles at larger organizations—helping Fortune 500 teams at Best Buy and HealthPartners refine their digital products, establish pattern libraries, and deliver polished, responsive experiences to millions of users. Along the way, I built my project-management chops by balancing stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and tight deadlines.

Today, WebVolta is very much my “baby”—a full-service design consultancy I co-lead, where I mentor emerging designers, manage end-to-end product builds, and partner with clients across industries to create scalable, accessible solutions.

But I’m not stopping here. I’m excited to explore new roles and collaborative opportunities that challenge me to grow even more—whether that means joining a dynamic in-house product team or partnering with an innovative startup.
