Staffing Proxy

Staffing Proxy is the engaging, friendly, professional bridge between businesses on the hunt for great talent and job seekers ready to make their next move. Founded by Shadi, it pairs a fresh, approachable attitude with a deep understanding of the hiring and HR process—delivering a seamless, welcoming experience for both employers and candidates.

Project Overview

When Shadi asked me to craft a brand that felt both clean and delightfully quirky, I leaned into the idea of “connection” at every turn. I knew Staffing Proxy’s magic lay in its ability to connect two distinct audiences—hiring managers and job seekers—so I kicked off with a persona assessment to uncover each group’s goals, frustrations, and preferred tone. Armed with those insights, I crafted a clean, approachable logo whose linked “x” visually bridges the name and reinforces the platform’s role as a connector. Next, I paired a fun-yet-approachable color palette with budget-friendly, soft-edged graphics and built out an inclusive illustration library to ensure every visitor felt welcome. Behind the scenes, I partnered closely with Shadi’s CRM provider and our dev team to architect a job-board integration that’s intuitive for candidates and straightforward for administrators—making it effortless for both sides to post, search, and connect. The result is a vibrant brand and a seamless site experience that lives up to Staffing Proxy’s promise: linking great companies with great people.
